Additional Booking information

  An email will be sent after booking with all info regarding location and time of departure. We will try to be as flexible as possible with schedule conflicts, but the departure times and locations we set are to ensure the best chance of success. 

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your date(s) and departure time, remaining balance will be due prior to your trip. If trip is purchased within 14 days the full payment is due at time of booking. 

Payment: We accept major credit cards(3%fee) either over the phone, in person, or through the online payment option below. Venmo(@kenaimethods), Apple Pay, Google pay, check, or cash to your guide on the day of the trip (if pre-arranged). 

Cancellation Policy: We require a 60 day written notice for cancellations for a refund of your deposit, minus any applicable credit card processing fees. Cancellations under 60 days will be refunded if we are able to fill the vacancy. Refunds cannot be given for no-shows. In the event of extenuating circumstances and emergencies, we will save your deposit for a future date, or the following season. We appreciate your understanding.
